Induction as a Longitudinal Process

    The School of Environmental Sciences undertook a review of its support for students in transition. Employing a critical phase model, a series of key questions in each year of the course was identified and activities put in place to address each. The resulting series of interventions represents a holistic attempt at supporting all students through the course.
