This paper reports on a practice development survey carried out to capture the experiences of three Faculty Leads.The UKPSF Leads were seconded into their posts in Feb 15 to facilitate colleagues to achieve a category of fellowship with HEA. This was to help achieve Faculty and thus University targets but what was it like on an individual basis?
