Abstract

University Teaching: Core Skills is a flexible and comprehensive resource to ensure all members of teaching and learning support staff have access to consistent training. With high-quality content and sophisticated pedagogy, this resource addresses current scholarship, best practices, quality standards, and professional values, whilst incorporating topics such as working with students as partners, student wellbeing, and designing employability into teaching.

Providing a cost-effective and efficient way to scale up teaching support, University Teaching: Core Skills will help institutions to demonstrate their commitment to enhancing teaching quality.

Advance HE is providing expert guidance to Epigeum on the development of the University Teaching: Core Skills programme to ensure best practices and accurate alignment with the PSF, leading to approval through HEA review and approval processes.
